Pharma Poviderm is a topical antiseptic solution for treatment of wounds, ringworm and foot rot. It could be used for all species of animals. Poviderm has an antimicrobial and antifungal effect. It does not stain burn or blister the skin and is tolerable and safe. It provides longer residual germicidal action than tincture iodine.

100 mg of Povidone iodine
Indications
For the treatment or prevention of local infections in case of wounds, burns, foot rot, foot abscess and fungal infections e.g. disinfection of the navel, removal of horns, castration, ringworm, disinfection prior to injection or surgery. Suitable for cut teat and udder wounds. May be sprayed on teats at drying off time to assist control of mastitis

How to Use
For topical use only. Apply full strength as often as needed as paint or wet dressing and apply to the affected area. Usually one treatment is sufficient to prevent infection. If used therapeutically when infection is present, treatment may be repeated several times daily as required.
Precaution:
Poviderm may cause skin and eye irritation, avoid contact with eye or mucus membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
Storage
Store in a clean, dry, cool place (< 25 ˚C) and keep away from direct sunlight.
